"Pro 's secret" follow-up
« on: November 29, 2013, 11:55:16 AM »
As a follow-up to my earlier post.  Tried extending my balance arm with the thumb turned down and it did improve my balance and also I hit my line more often than not.
This is something you should try if you are not "square to the line". and are off balance at delivery.

That is a good thing!

Another good thing I love to work on is bowling with my ball passing within 2 inches of my ankle.  Also the heel of the slide foot being closer to the ball than the toe of the foot!  These two tips have given this hacker a couple of good weekends over the years!

These tips were passed to me by the best bowler I have ever seen!

I am just now getting back into bowling after an 18+ months of absence because of health problems and am struggling getting back into timing, accuracy, and etc. I have forgotten a lot during my absence. This thumb down thing is one of the things I have forgotten as well as squaring my shoulders up to my target which I have forgotten but re-discovered this past Wednesday and etc.
