I'm a stroker, maybe 9-10 revs down the lane before it encounters dry, mainly bowl on medium oil sometimes med-heavy (mainly in tournaments). Throw around 15-17 mph and, if possible, like to stand around the middle dot and throw between 3rd and 4th arrow or over 3rd.

It looks to me like you need a 3 piece ball, ie something weaker.  How about a Power Groove reactive or Big hit.

That would give you:

Ultimate--heavier
V2--Med
V2 clean--med to light, with polish of course
pg or big hit or something--for light stuff
spare ball--you didn't say whether or not you had one.
