Has anyone read any sport psychology books that have helped them with their bowling game?  I'm interested in improving the mental aspect of my game.  Thanks in advance.

Funny story about this book...
Brian Voss is on the cover. When I saw Brian at a PBA stop in Seattle (a few years ago), I told it to him...
A couple of nights before the tournament, I'd been reading the book, and fell asleep, leaving the book on the bed. When my hubby saw Brian a couple of days later, he asked "Isn't that the guy that was in bed the other night?"

Great book, by the way!

This one is pretty good all round.

And this one has the single best piece of advice I've ever read/received...

"So, you're a perfectionist... Just how many things are you perfect at then?"

As well of lots of good anecdotes, etc.

I remember reading a book years ago called The Mental Game.
