Excel ball chart
« on: May 22, 2005, 02:39:08 AM »
I was wondering where I could find a complete excel ball spreadsheet that shows the specs of all bowling balls.  I saw one once, but I can't find it for the life of me.

The best I have found is ballselector.com. I don't believe it has a complete chart, but it allows you to compare "all" balls for most specs.

When I open that excel file it shows the values for each ball as being "entered as text" Maybe it doesn't show up that way for the creator of it (I'm using 2003). Once those values are converted to number type you can set up conditional formating (Highlight the fields, select Format>Conditional Formatting). I like having it display numbers in red if they're below a certain value or green if they're above a certain value.
