Well I thought I would get some vids today as the lanes were actually oiled for once, so I could throw my normal, slower shot. Lane 1 was a lot drier than Lane 2 so I threw my Urethane ball because everything else was burning up. Lane 2 was oily with enough carrydown to make my reactive balls skid too far so I had to use my Track Mojo.
Vid 1: Side angle of me throwing the Polished Mojo, tripping out the 7 extremely late. Gotta' love them long ball returns!

http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/wetoddimage.wtdr/wODAyNjEzNnM0MTNkZmQzMXk1NDE%3DWhat I already know:
-I know I drift, but I checked and I am consistent with it.
-My swing is muscled a bit, but I have been working to free it up more.
-I don't have too much knee bend, but that is because it aggravates an old injury to get nice and low to the approach, and the natural bit of loft that results helps my balls to clear the dried heads a little easier
I don't know what is up with my hand turning to the inside during the backswing and I can't feel myself do it while I bowl. Is it a bad thing? Does it really matter as long as I'm consistent with it? As I see it I don't really need to keep my hand under the ball more to get more revs because I already have too many revs for the conditions I normally see anyway.
What does everybody think? Your advice is appreciated.

BTW, the vids are in AVI format so make sure you have the right codecs installed to view them (I use Windows Media Player to watch them).
