"Head Games" (book)
« on: February 28, 2014, 12:09:08 PM »
I bought the Kindle version of this book yesterday (by Ric and GY) and read a few pages from it. So far, I'm finding it very straight forward, easy to read and understand. Though I am not bowling leagues this season, I thought it'll be interesting to have, to have something to help me prepare for winter leagues. But, after a few pages I found this read a good example to apply to my life.

How can I improve in bowling/life if I'm not totally honest with myself...... this was what's glued in my head when I drove to work on hwy 99 traffic. I struggle with weight loss and other personal battles in my life. I could change these if I just be honest with myself. lol simply BAM in my face!

I don't like to read books, but when something catches my attention I dive into it. I can't wait to read and re-read more into this book.

"Get good at identifying YOU,
being the best YOU before
trying to improve YOU or more
importantly, being someone YOU are not!"
- Head Games by RH and GY.

Be safe with your cold turkey now! Remember life can be about moderation....instead of 2 maybe only have 1!
We're having a mini-clinic at JANBA this coming week-it looks like one late Wednesday afternoon & 2 on Friday at Mardi Gras covering the mental game & some lane play topics...it's free maybe you can make it by

I am totally looking forward to buying my copy. Ric has really helped me out in the last couple of weeks (Getting a ball punched with what we talked about as we speak!), and am totally willing to purchase the product everyone has been raving about.
