At first glance I thought it was retarded too but it actually does make sense.  Have you ever heard of the motion it takes to spiral a football underhand being similar to the motion at the bottom of you swing?  Same principle here pretty much.  Only difference is this thing has some sort of finger holes on the side.  Probably worthless but it does make sense to me anyway.

no need to spend money doing it...

buy a soccer ball....

have some area in your house and practise your last step drill as shown in the promo video

and soon you will master your swing technique as well as cultivate your uscle memory

i use this method to train my trainees...so far its just cheap and good ....

I tested one when they first started and it does have some advantages over a plain nerf ball.  The one I have has been glued back together a number of times.  Still a good tool.

I have one, did wonders for my spare game.
I had trouble throwing straight but with the ez-bowler the yellow lines make it easy to see if you threw it straight.
