Ive never been a big bowling alley food eater, its shit. Like most food out there, its shit. Ive been eating "clean" for 2 months and I highly recommend most if not all people try it. Ive lost quite a bit of weight, although I was never a big guy, I sleep better, I feel better, my moods are much more stable, and I can bang my wife like a stallion again.
"Clean" is no packaged anything, nothing in a box, no candy, no bread, no grains, no refined sugar. All vegetables, lean meat, and some fruit. Its probably the single best decision I've made in my life.
