People are gonna crucify me for this answer but, get an adjustable wrist brace and practice with it. It will train and strengthen your wrist to the favored hand positions. Then you can take it off for competition. I wear one periodically for practice when start wrapping my hand around the ball and I'm not going to lie, I HATE IT! But it helps retrain my wrist and hand to in one position to teach me when to rotate on the ball. I put it on for a few games of practice, HATE IT, then strike tremendously. For $50ish bucks, I spend more on spilt liquor.
