When I bowled a lot I developed callus - i don't bowl much, nothing has changed, I have soft baby thumb hahahaha....
when I trained in Martial arts 9 times a week, I developed calluses on my foot, toes, fingers, knuckles, elbow, etc... every wear lol.....
This is how I do it.....
1. Soak the are with warm water for 15 - 20 minutes, depending how big or thick the callus.
2. I use this round stone (they sell them at stores) that is cleaned and sterile and rub the crap out of it. I use nail clippers to trim the area.
In my culture, calluses in certain parts of hands and feet can mean you're a hard worker and a good family man if you're middle class and above. But also mean you're living in hard times too.
