Filling a ball lineup spot
« on: April 01, 2007, 12:40:35 PM »
Guys right now I've got a big hole in my equipment

I've got these ball right now

Ragin' Inferno (second drilling) ball is layed out 4" Pin 2 PAP, located above grip line, weight hole just below axis point to remove excess side weight, Coverstock surface is at 2000 grit abralon.
The Ragin' is great on heavy patterns for me and Carrydown situations.

Black Widow Drilled pin 5" from axis point, below fingers, MB in strong location, approximately 4" from axis point, Ball is at 2000 grit abralon, it really revs up and takes off on the backend, gives me a great ball to play really inside and attempt to open up the lanes, problem though, too much for my house as is the Ragin'

Punisher Drilled 5" Pin 2 PAP, cg close to center of grip (doesn't matter really) IN OOB condition, backend machine at my center on the nights I bowl with opened up lanes, not enough for my league shot though unless I really hit it and stay way outside

Now thats my equipment, i'm looking for something to go above the Punisher but below the Widow and Ragin', the Widow and Ragin' are phenominal for medium + and carry down, but i'm in need of a ball to smooth the lane out a bit and be a benchmark ball for medium patterns.

I'm not picky about companies, I'm just looking for a ball that will allow me to play a moderate hooking line (a 12-5 ish line) on medium conditions and to be able to give me an Idea of what the lanes are doing that night.

P.S. Sorry about wall of text

P.S.S. Little about me, 300 rpm, 17.5 mph ball speed, right handed, moderate tilt and axis rotation.
