Title: Finally did it, 299

Well I'm still suprised that it actually happened but it did. I shot my first sanctioned 299 tonight. With a ball that was drilled hours before, Storm flash point, very nice ball.  Anyways I was a nervous wreck from the 8th through the 12th.  Cotton-mouth, dizzy, and astonished, Figured i had no chance of striking the 11th but did then got up threw the 12th came off a little weak but was on a good line, end result 2 pin i think or 4. Can't wait to get my ring! Later

Yeah, hopefully, at least i'll know what to expect next time. hehehe

Great shootin! I witnessed my first 300 last night. A friend of mine opened up his first game of league with it. It's fun to watch. I know mine will come. I think my knees would've been clanking together on the last one (if not before)!

Bones:  I had 300 in Sept. and 299 in December(8 pin)Was asked the same question about getting the second award, my response, I really would have liked the 300.  I opted for the plaque as I have the Eagle 300 (gold)which is a nice ring.  Don't get me wrong the 299 was fun, at my age I will take anything I can get.

Thanks everybody, Glad it happened in ABC too this is my first year being in ABC bowling in college and all, that and being 19.
