You drop the ball into the swing pretty late which is forcing you to muscle your downswing. You're actually taking away speed and revs that you can put on the ball with that much muscle in your swing. Just try taking your first step and as you begin the second, just let the ball drop into your downswing. Imagine holding a grocery bag by its' handles at shoulder height with your elbow curled and just letting the bag drop forward without using any of your muscle. A free-flowing swing will naturally produce speed & revs, you're working a bit too hard. You throw it pretty good but with a little polishing in your approach it can be VERY good.

I'd say it's around 15.5 give or take at the deck. My speed seems higher than his in my video and that's back when I was throwing about 17.0-17.5 at quibica sensors. I'd say revrate would be around 270-290. I have a CATS report at home of some of the top professionals and they list Mike Devaney's revrate at around 360 and it looks like he throws twice the amount of revs as this guy.

Haha, your vid with the enriched PSCB, and I think a HDB was hilarious, got the 3 pin dead on on the 1-2-4-6-10, That takes some accuracy. (and a little luck. lol)
