Hi!
I’ve having trouble with my inserts being too tight in the summer and too loose in the winter. It’s almost impossible to find a happy medium.
Any less expansive options out there?
Many thanks.

Cool thanks. I'll do some research on Vacu-Grips and speak to my driller.
Thanks again.

You have a couple of options:
#1) - Vacu-Grips
#2) - Use the grip sizes that fit in the summer and don't put glue on the back side of the grips. You can then take small slivers of thick paper and slide in between the grip and grip hole to tighten them up.

I use the shim in the back method but I take a butter tub lid and cut it into shims about 1/4" wide and 1" long. They are .030" thick which is approx 1/32". Being plastic they're real easy to get in and out. Sometimes I have to put 2 shims in to get the right feel.
