Title: Finger inserts

i need to know what size these my inserts are and possibily what kind they are.  I one of my ball the inserts have a #3 and #11 and my other ball it has a #45 and #11 if someone can help me with this it would be great, because need some new inserts and my proshop is going out of business.  LEt me know.

#3 = 3/4"
#11 = 11/16"
#45 = 45/64"

They may be Vise grips but I can't say for sure.  The #3 and #45 are bit different in size.  Maybe the hole is drilled smaller for the #3.  Otherwise, the #3 should be more loose than the #45.
