The $65 session, they allowed me about 10 minutes of warm up and then the measured the next 10 shots.
They then reviewed a video tape of my from behind of my release and reviewed the numbers they had accumulated.
He then gave a few suggestions as to what I might change to help any weakness in my game he saw. Also some suggestions on ball drillings and grip.
The whole process took around 35 minutes.
If you get the coaching sessions then I believe it is an hour.
They suggest that you not do this until after you have bowled the tournament so that you are not tempted to change anything during the competition.
I’m glad I did it and it told me what I wanted to know, but I probably would not do it again now that I have done it once.
