Nice job! Sometimes you don't realize how much you appreciate something until you leave it for a while.
After the layoff you probably had nice concentration in your practice sessions and the tourney. I think it's because you don't take anything for granted. You know that timing and execution don't happen by mistake, and thus you keep your head in it better.
Now that you are back, the test will be keeping the mental game sharp not only from night to night (league), but from shot to shot. I tell people all the time that once you pick up your ball "give yourself 5 good seconds" to key in on 1 or 2 things before throwing the ball. Good luck as you proceed.
