first time buying a ball

I'm getting my girlfriend a bowling ball in about a month. what's a good ball I can get for under/ around 100 bucks?

does she throw a hook, straight ball? What type of bowler is she? How many revs does she have? (alot or not many) how fast does she throw?

if she is a beginner get something cheap with a proper fit. because it will spend at least a third of its life in the gutter while she is learning
