focusing on your mark
« on: August 24, 2003, 12:21:37 PM »
Does anyone here have a problem keeping thier eyes on thier mark? I have always kept my eye on my mark when I throw, but lately I've found myself looking at the lane right in front of me when I release. I think I'm doing this because I'm sort of loosing the foul line. Anyway, This is very frustrating, and causes some inconsistency. My question is how can I get back to focusing on my mark and get comfortable again because now I'm kind of lost in between doing both. Please help!

My wife had the same problem.
We practice together and, for each shoot, she had
to tell me the board the ball had rolled on.
If she hadn't hit the good target: poor shoot.
If she couldn't tell me which board she had hit: GRRRR!!!
Now, it's automatic again. That works!
