Why is this Website Always Slow or Down???

I'm putting this in Misc. bolwing since it effects ALL users.

For Tony or you webmaster types.  I'd like to know why this website is always slow?  Why has it been down for the past two days?  Misc. forum always takes forever to load.  

It seems this wesbite of any I visit is the worst.  Why?  

The big picture and question is will this slow loading and problems with BR ever change?  My guess is not until the owner changes.  Anyone else have an opinion?  

It is not on my end.  Both PC at work and home are good.  T1 at work and cable at home.

BTW--I've been using www.allbowling.com and Tony has done a good job on that site.  Although it seems a bit more regional I like the site.

Well, it DID after all start after the PBA decided they didn't like the Southwest Region being used to discuss tournaments IN the Southwest (and Lousiana).  That site was a source of calendaring information (and much trash talk) among what was then a small group of people who all pretty much knew each other.  It soon moved to the work warning stuff as well as letting us know where we were swapping money, even if most of the good tourneys were in Louisiana...

It was through AB that the 1st Talking Trash event was put together...and we managed to completely drain the bowling center of certain beverages.  

That site isn't as heavy on the technical end and is much more on the shoe or sac up mode of doing things...
