For those who have never bowled a 300 game

 What is your average, what is your highest score and highest series? What is the longest string of strikes you have thrown between 2 games? All should be league/tournament scores, not open play.

Mine #'s are 205, 289, 748, and 16.

Most strikes in a roll - 22

 

Eat your heart out pocket 10 miss strike out for 279 the foll it with next 11 and a stone 7 for 299.

Current Averages 227 and 223


High all time set of 821.

 

Longest string of strikes - Tournament last year went 9/ off the sheet for 290 then started with the front 9 of the second game.  We won't talk about the 10 frame that game....

I heard last night a local bowler got his first 300. I believe he is 68 years young.

 

He has been an avid bowler for over 40 years, bowls at least 3 leagues a week and subs in several others.

 

He has composite average over 200 the last couple of seasons.

 

I think it is great to see someone who has tried so long finally get one.

 

There is hope for all who strive for the perfect score.
