After starting league last night in a new center that I've never bowled in,
I found oil in this town?! I realize that I do not own a ball for heavy oil.
Up until now, I haven't needed anything for more than the heavy side of medium.
It's a nice change. This is how my night started: 150 out the gate. OUCH!
Settled in and scored a repectable 200. Slowed everything down, and shot a league high 266. Dug myself out of that 50 pin hole from the first game. This center is tougher than the one I have been bowling in since the fall leagues started. I wish I had bowled here sooner, but it is a roster league and I'm new in town this summer and didn't know anyone. FWIW, I used a polished Super Charge last night. It may work better after I hit the surface with some scotch brite.
