Hey Folks, quick update.
I went to bowl a few games practice the other day. I did two things: move up on the approach and worked on "following the ball." I moved up maybe 6 inches tops on the approach, and I felt my body naturally slow down a bit. Then I worked hard to not rush my feet, and have my feet follow the pendulum of the ball. It took a game or two for me to get this closer approach down well, but when it did the ball was coming off my hand cleaner and it definitely read the lane a LOT better.
I'm going to work with a coach tomorrow to take some video so I can see myself and how I look (I've never done it). But the hints on here have definitely helped, hopefully coach will see something and it'll be easy as pie to fix.
