Can anyone tell me about the gargoyle core? What is its characteristic? Is it a good core? Rating?

Well...I dont know if this will help any but I have the green gargoyle, and from what I can tell, its skid/snap at its best. Its a pin over ring drilling, but none the less, it shows the core/ball is capable of doing it.

It's also hard as a rock. My driller was cursing my slate blue 2 weeks ago.
Might have something to do with its hitting power.

Reminds me of the density of the ole Columbia Boss series cores. We used to call them rocks because of the core.

BowlingKid25--The reason the Greenie has a skid/snap reaction is more the cover than the core...just as Bob7 said.
