fast feet

When i start my approach i start nice and slow, then i get fast at the end but i do /it the same everytime but my release is not good if i'm releasing to late do i drop the baller sooner on my approach or later

Do you mean should you start you push away sooner or later?

well before i held the ball into my second step in a four step approach before dropping into the backswing but then carolyn dorin ballard in a clinic siad to bring the ball back on the first step as in you move the ball moves simultaneiosly

This is correct for a 4 step. When your weight is tranfered to your first step foot the ball should start to fall.
