It is kind of lacking some helpful info, but what I did was took a stock design I liked, put it in photoshop, and then designed it closely to how I pictured it in my mind. I sent a jpeg of my "design", and they used it as a guide. What I got was actually a better version of the one I created. And I didn't do anything fancy, just cut and pasted logos and tweaked the color of the stock design a little bit. Enough to get the point across of what I wanted. And for me, it worked out really well. Good luck. They are very nice shirts.
