What balls are gems that are currently out?
Thinking of balls like the Marvel Pearl,  IQ Tour Pearl, 505A, T-Road, etc.

No, that list is balls that were out that people loved.

Every manufacturer has had some really great balls that they were unable to improve on, or even duplicate.  Balls like the Mission come to mind.  Also Storm has really not come up with anything that gives me the look of the original Virtual Gravity or the Marvel Pearl even though they have come up with some good stuff.

Brunswick probably got most away from what made them great.  Their staffers were still throwing Vapor Zones 3 years after they got lost with the Fury line.
