Better for the Dry
« on: August 19, 2015, 11:17:01 AM »
Need some choices for dry lanes I bowled on some last weekend where the Strike Kiing was too strong. Torn between Arctic Freeze or Tropical Breeze Hybird even the Scream any other suggestion is also ok really desparate.

I was going to say the same thing.  Big difference between booming back ends on a short pattern, and a totally burned out shot.  Also I have seen dozens of posts where guys scream about how dry the shot is but haven't moved 8 boards left where there is still a puddle at 4th arrow.  Not saying that is the case here, but it does happen a lot.

Pin up over the middle finger with 1/2 negative side surface was @ 5000 but changed it with worn out 2000 grit I think that was the problem need to change back.

Adjust the surface prior to spending more on a new ball. Try 4000, if that is still too much put polish on top of the 4000.

I Moved in to 20 and 25 ball still hooked like I said earlier I sanded my ball to 2000 from 5000 because where I bowled this summer and  both houses I bowled in decided to put out heavy oil. Talk to couple guy today that can change their delivery said they found the lanes to be hooking alot just to be honest I believe if I kept the ball @ 5000 I or even 4000 I could have had an better day.
