We always discuss the initial oil ring on the ball (determine PAP). What about that final track on the ball.
Is there such a thing for every individual ball?
Does a ball always reach that final tract after going through transition of hook to roll?
We talk about marking the PAP at the beginning, if we could determine the PAP on the last track and marked it on our ball, would it provide any kind of valuable information to a bowler as they are watching a ball go down the lane and to the pins?
Maybe this doesn't make sense. Just thinking of stuff.
