Ever Balance a pin on an angle?
« on: January 20, 2005, 11:18:44 PM »
Wierd night last night. A guy slid the 5 pin over directly between the 2,8. All 3 pins were right in a perfect line.

I got that beat. I had a 7 pin fall part way over and balance on angle, maybe 30 deg or so. It somehow managed to lean up against another down pin and just balanced there. We were bowling guys in there 70's (One who shot 1st 800, 804 against us) all said they never saw that before. Strange....

I had either a 7 or 4 leaning about 20-30 degrees once. Turned out a piece had broken off the bottom of the pin.

And a couple of years ago, before a major renovation, one lane at my home house had a broken spot on a 4 pin spot - so the 4 pin ALWAYS leaned.
