Good Online Pro Shops?
« on: July 14, 2003, 07:00:59 PM »
You know, I keep hearing about all these online pro shops that are more scams than anything.  But, I have never really read a post where we listed the good and honest online pro shops out there.  I used to have good transactions with Best Bowling, but have heard recently that even they are joining those sites where they take your money without delivering a product.  If there are any sites where you have never had a problem and are known to be honest, legit, online pro shops, can we please devise a list of those for our members?

Yeah....someone told me that All American, Best Bowling, BowlingXXX, and one other one were all ran by the same person.  He called one, got some lady on the phone and inquired about a purchase.  Then, called another one, only to get that same lady on the phone.  I live off of Roswell Road in Atlanta.  BowlingXXX says its address is Roswell Road in Atlanta, with the same zip code as myself.  I actually drove up the road the other day trying to find the place, because they stiffed me a year ago.  I could not find that place, either.  After that, I knew that I could not be too careful when looking to make another online purchase.  I have made a few off of ebay and so far, no problems.  Thank you for all the responses.  It is greatly appreciated.
