Title: Good price?
Post by: Juggernaut on April 03, 2018, 09:35:24 AM
Going to be getting a lighter condition ball. Wanted to get a RG INK, but can’t find one right now in 15lbs (well, actually did, but he wanted a high price for it.), and only have 5 weeks left in league before summer break, and I kind of need it now. They’ve seemingly already gone to a lighter “summer” shot, and the shot burns up pretty quick.

What would most of you consider a good price on an entry level ball, drilled with finger inserts and pre drilled thumbsleeve, out the door and ready to throw?

I’ve been known to buy stuff online, but I want to give an actual shop some love too, if the price isn’t too crazy.

 Something along the lines of:

 DV8 Alley Cat
 Brunswick Rhino
 Ebonite Turbo/R
AMF Xcite (if he can find one)

Wish I hadn’t let my Orbit Extreme go.....

Of the ones mentioned, probably around $120 for everything

A Motiv Freestyle will fit the bill.

I have a DV8 outcast that I am willing to part with.

I like the Rhino personally. But if you really like RotoGrip, they have a Hustle hybrid that is very nice for lighter conditions as well. It is not as defined or strong as the Ink, but gives great length and hit.

Don’t want the hybrid, and the ink is unattainable right now.

Since I’ve been doing well with my Quantum, I may try a rhino.
