Hey everyone, I've been wanting to get a Vapor Zone ever since they came out and I finally found a really good price for one on ebay. It's already plugged so that saves me some money. I'm thinking about drilling this strong with an aggressive backend or maybe the rico drill? Which one is better for this ball? By the way thanks to Brian from ebay for selling me this gem for so cheap.

You could do a Rico layout if you want, but either way I say a pin down(most likely below ring finger or bridge) layout would be best. From what I hear it's not that lengthy for a pearl and it's a strong ball anyways. If I'm not mistaken, your mass bias placement is what will determine the strength of its backend.

Thank you very much for your help.
I could try pin below ring, Thanks Strike Domination!

No problem. By the way, if you don't know layouts very well, just tell your driller how you want it to react on the backend and he should ive you a corresponding mass bias placement.

Yeah I'll tell him that I want a strong backend reaction and he will tell me how and what I will expect from different drillings. Thanks for all your help man.

I'd go pin above or below bridge. No RICO. Generally, RICO (i think) are more for symmetrical balls. If you want the ball strong, stick the mb like 4 inches or more from the thumb.
