got called out the other night
« on: December 14, 2005, 11:22:20 AM »
was minding my own business; practicing after league.....

when two of the local 20yr.old hotshots called me out....$20 each...1game...

I turned them down at 1st...since I normally don't go for less than $50...and the both of them do not have much money....

But after some "encouragement".....decided they needed a lesson.

Proceeded to calmly and methodically hammer a 289 against them...which of course quieted them down....sweet

anybody know of any "action" in the central fla. area....sure do miss it.

My handicap would slaughter you both. :-P

Look for me in the upcoming PBA Tour! I'll be the guy in the back row with the foam finger singing "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" during the 7th inning.

2 weeks ago last monday I went to practice on my spare shooting game. By the 4th game I had a few YABA bowlers watching me. I dont care really, ive had people watch and compliment me in the past. Something about these guys had my attention. I took a break after the 5th game. On my way back from the bar I was stopped by 1 kid probably 16ish. Says "My friends and I were watching you bowl and we got to talking. We think that I can take you on and beat you. I'd like to challenge you to a $10 bet."  Now normally I don't challenge others unless its during leauge. For some reason that night I went for it. I gave him 5 frames worth of practice as im getting my gear together for the lane change. It was only a 1 game bet. He was all cocky, thats all i needed to keep motivated.

I used my Vapor Zone against his Ebonite the ONE. I lead off in PBA format. I shot 238 and he shot 147.

I dont pride myself at takin money from kids but when they ask for a butt kicking, its only right.

(Wow, this site has a tight foul launguage code, wanted to use another word for Butt)
