One question.....

How did you almost obtain a Lane#1 relic for such a cheap price?  I mean under $200?

Well, it was used with the fingers plugged.

I put in a bid for $20 and won it (didn't expect to)..

Anywho, I have a feeling that this was the reason this Douche didn't ship it.

Not sure it's just the ball.  He's had a bunch of bad feedback, a more than once for not sending stuff out (or buyers not receiving their goods).

Glad you got the money back at least.....but sad that people are allowed to stay on there when they pull crap like that.

Stiffing someone on eBay should get you an automatic IP ban. It's harder to get a new IP than it is to create a new account.

So what does Ebay do to the seller ?

I asked and was told that there would be sanctions..

But, I have a feeling they're like Obamas sanctions..worthless..

Storm, you are way off in your explanation of IP addresses. I won't go into a long explanation why, but most IPs these days with broadband are dynamic, but with long leases so it may seem like static. You can get new ones issued from the providers DHCP server pretty easily without having to buy a new router like you state. What you describe sounds more like a MAC address.
