Thanks Guys
« on: March 23, 2009, 09:25:52 PM »
About a month ago I posted a topic expressing my frustrations about how my league was going there year because of how much bowling was struggling and I couldn't seem to do anything right.  A couple of times I expressed my doubts as to whether I even wanted to keep bowling and keep trying.  Several people on these forums convinced me to stick it out and just work on different things each night and not focus on the score.

So I started doing just that and it looked like things might just be turning around.  My series scores weren't anything to write home about but things were starting to feel right again.

Well last night was the culmination.  Everything came together and for the first time in a long time I finally felt comfortable on the lanes again.  I ended up shooting a very solid 691, with a pocket 7-10 in the middle game costing me a 700.

Thanks to everyone who helped convince me not to give up but to keep working at it.  I truly appreciate it.
