Does any one make a plastic ball that has a weight block other than a "pancake"?
Thank you.

Is this like a high-level trolling or something......?
Of course there are plastic balls with dynamic cores.

i had the hammer taboo spare, used it exclusively on old dry wood lanes
shot 803 with it, actually had to scuff it up a bit by hand
kinda weird carry, but it carried none-the less
i want to say it was replaced by the true blood

I just got the True Blood a week ago. I was using a RG Crown and there was no carry, so I wanted a plastic with a core. Only threw it few times during practice but the carry is much better.

I currently have a the Hammer True Blood. For me the ball will go straight as an arrow unless the lanes are extremely burnt. That can be fixed to handle more oil with surface adjustments but it's a plastic ball and I believe that it's a waste of time since there are other balls for more oil and if you purchased a plastic ball, you didn't purchase it for its oil handling capabilities.
When the lanes are burnt though the ball will turn and provide carry once it hits the pins. The carry is strange at times (I assume because of the plastic coverstock) but when it does hit flush it will carry. Mines is currently cracking around the thumb hole so I am considering replacing it with the Blue Hammer (urethane).
If you wanted to purchase a plastic ball with a core the True Blood is a good ball, just don't expect it to do anything other than it's intended to do.
