green gargoyle replacement

I am looking for a non visionary ball that will replace a visionary green gargoyle.  I had this ball drilled with a 5.5 pin to pap with the pin up close to the VAL and it was very snappy and angular on the backend, even on lighter to dry conditions ..That is what I want...
I thought a hammer venom might fit the bill as I know that ball is long and strong on the backend.. Is there anything out there that may be similar ???

Come on Jeff...Orbiter II core a "no core" haha funny stuff.  Personally I think the GG is stronger than the Neptune that cover hated any sign of oil.

I was going to suggest the Hornet too but seeing the D scale is high for the pearl resin I thought it fit a special place.

I think 505A can handle more oil than the GG can too.  It is flippy but probably over all stronger.

The Link handles less oil than my current GG but you may be able to fine tune it to be flippy.  Although I doubt you'll want to it's carry is terrible from the inside with that tiny L core.

A teammate has a Smash (Ebonite needs to come out with the Smash n Grab and give me some coin) and it's flat out ridiculous.  He couldn't keep it on the lane could be a good idea.  It has quite the ferocious back end.

I have the green gargoyle and want to replace it with a ball with a similar look.
Just in case I decide to enter any PBA regionals next year I want to have all my balls available for use.

thanks for that.. I would agree that the Neptune hates oil.. that is what is special about the Green Gargoyle.. I though it would be the same but it seems to actually do ok on carrydown..

that is what I hear about the smash....

The ball (cover and core) was "allergic to oil". The cover is/was medium strong. The core is super weak: 2.6 RG, .018 differential. 2" of flare if you have a lot of hand.

Hornet is more closely related to the GG: mild cover and medium core strength.
