Grip Loc adjustable thumb inserts
« on: November 17, 2008, 05:11:31 AM »
Does anyone know of any makeshift tool I can use to facilitate the removal of the inserts that can be occasionally difficult to extract. if not makeshift, can i buy something at a hardware store?

You are better off just buying the tool that is made for it. By the time you try different things you will end up paying more in the long run. If they are hard to remove you may want to make sure the 1 3/8 hole is not too tight. It will make the sleeve bind.
