So this past Saturday i finally decided to have the Vise IT system done to my Sure Fire and Secret Agent. I've been fighting with the thumb holes ever since i got the balls drilled a few months back, trying to get them both to feel exactly the same and fidgeting constantly with thumb tape. So i went to Gene, aka raiderh20boy, to have it done. It took a little over an hour to have both balls done and two slugs drilled, but i think some of that had to do with the fact that both balls were already drilled. He suggested i have one slug smaller for starters and one bigger for when my thumb swells. He even ovaled out the holes for me perfectly. He's a nice guy and very knowledgeable to say the least. Tonight i was able to test it out and i am very impressed. Its really easy to switch from one ball to the next, and its nice knowing i can go from one ball to another and get the same consistent feel. Thanks Gene!

yep chalk one up for the IT system...have it three of my balls and will soon have it in all of my tourney balls...my thumb doesnt swell much but it is great to have the same thumb in every ball

I tried it and loved it straight away. All my balls, league and tournament has IT installed.

Last night in league, front 7....my IT snapped, the bottom of my inner sleeve and the bit at the bottom was completely smashed, kinda like someone had hit it with a hammer!!!! I had to change to my Venom, left a 9 pin and then struck out. 279.

Apart from this, I've put about 15 customers on the system and had no problems.

IT is so much better than Switch IMO for creating the same feel ball to ball, Switch was close to it but not as good as IT

Haha yeah, i took some pics and sent them to my distributor....he said "congratulations, you are the first person in the World to break one". I couldn't believe it. I only have 2 thumbs with me for league, so the bigger one was huge had to stuff it with tape to finish the league night lol.

It depends on the ball driller and what he chooses to charge.  For reference, it's something like $12 or $15 per ball at the pro shop I frequent, but that may not be the case at other shops.

can slugs for this system be purchased individually.
