Grips vs no grips
« on: August 12, 2009, 04:17:07 PM »
I have had alot of problems with my fingers & thumb over the last season. Within the last 2 weeks dropped 2 sizes in grips and I am now shimming those. Looking for some input both pros n cons as far using grips vs no grips.

I used both, vise grips and I went without grips. If my finger would swell any I couldn't get my fingers all the way in with either grips or no grips. I went with vacu-grips and if my fingers would swell they still fit nicely and if my fingers size shrank any they would still fit cause you use about 11/2 sizes smaller grips with the vacu-grips! Without grips you had no room to expand and I had trouble in the winter when my fingers would crack and it was always at the grip line. They all have their good points and bad points, so I go for comfort!
