I just depends on what squad you are going to bowl.If you bowl on a squad that has a full house, you can count on a large payoff for jackpots. If you are bowling this weekend there is going to be many high rollers from Chicago,Cleveland,Dayton/Cincinnati,Columbus,as well a Detroit. These squads are fun because of the talent level and excitement. Now if you have bowled before, you know the lanes are synthetic an oiled after every squad. The shot is your THS,but more blended than most, with flying back ends. Most high rev players start out around 3rd arrow and, strokers and tweeners around the 7th -8th board.Just come prepared and have fun.Good luck!

What can you expect?  High scores...

Tournament info can be found at http://www.hamtram.com.  High score so far is 1176 (4 games with handicap), high scratch score is something like 1126.

The left side plays pretty soft.  Crankers with speed typically do well, throwing it...well, anywhere to the right.  Straighter players can do well with the right lane draw, playing the track.  The middle to high end of the house is usually better scoring.  1 through 8 can yield some score, but most "regulars" prefer to stay away from the low end.

Good luck!

thanks to all for your replies.  I bowled this weekend.  Didnt shoot too well.  But there was alot of good bowlers.  Most of the high games annnounced were in the 270 and above range.  300s and 299s were pretty common too.
