Reading Steven's post on it, it seems theres no room for 200 avg and above bowlers at all in handicap tournaments.
What do you all think of having a tournament average for all tournament bowlers. That means all bowlers will have their usual average and a tournament average.
Since tournaments are sanctioned it'll also be easy to rid sandbaggers too.
May be too simple a solution. Open for discussion.
