Without a doubt, the 3-6-10 has to be the hardest spare to make!
I've tried throwing straight at & hooking into it and almost always slide by the three, or come high & leave the 10. Or on those real special evenings I chop out the 6 all by itself
Is there a master of this shot that could give me some advice on improving my conversion % , or is everyone in the same boat as me?

Maybe someday that Big 'B' will learn how to knock down that little 10 pin!

Well......I'm no expert !
However, I was told,....5 left of your strike line, same strike ball mark....
I've only tried it once and it did work........

Hello, I just lowered my track !

LH version for me, 2-4-7-8. Either leave the 8 or chop the 2-8 off. Luckily for me I leave it maybe once every two or three weeks so I dont have to shoot at it.

I would have to argue that the 1-7-10 would be the hardest non split to pick up. That would make the 3-6-9-10 look like an easy shot. Other difficult non splits: 1-8-10, 1-7-9, 1-5-7-10, 1-4-10 etc...
How in the world would you leave a 1-5-7-10?
I've seen my daughter leave some wild looking spares, but she's only three & rolls a 6lber about .2mph

plastic ball--standing 35-40 according your size of shoulders / body. Big guy we be 40ish smaller guy 35ish. Hard and straight across 20 with slight end/over end roll or near backup if u can.

Well, the toughest "normal" spare would have to be the 3-6-9-10. I now shoot the plain 3-6-10 with my spare ball, and have upped my conversion rate from about 70 to 90%.
The toughest "weird" spare I've ever seen would have to be the 2-3-8-9 I saw left a while ago. Phew.

What kind of noodle are you throwing to leave these combos? Even on my worst day I can't miss the head pin and hope to leave the corners standing.
Maybe the 1-5-10 but I don't know about the others.
