3rd straight sub 600 league set... Very disappointing....  I expect at least 6 on a very easy league shot....  That being said, I have been travelling a lot for work and have virtually zero practice time.  Actually, only bowled 3 wks out of last 6 weeks of league..... but still.  Really inconsistant, missing at times 5+ boards down the lane! 

Anyone else stuck in a self-imposed rut?

I know u said you have not been "in bowling shape" but i get into a rut when the shot is screwed up bad...becuase then i start making changes to my game and it screws me up for awhile.
