Probably gave up the ghost and got reliable, steady income with health insurance. Its a young mans tour (meaning single, with no kids and very little financial responsibility).

He is living in Scottsdale.  I bowled against him in a local tournament a few weeks ago.  Nice guy.

He just turned 50 awhile back.  Not much PBA senior stuff out in the west, and it doesnt pay enough to follow the senior tour back east.  I dont think he feels he can play with the kids on the burn, although his game is super solid

Yeah he did the PBA50 stop at The Villages in Fla last year; I bowled with him in the pro-am.  I seem to recall he did a few other stops too.  Nice guy for sure.

His wife works for an airline, so he can fly to any tournament he wants.

The free  flying is all well and good, but going across country to shoot tournaments for 5-8k is still a losing proposition.
