yes if you buy direct off their site and no if you buy ebay auction balls.. just went a couple rounds with them about a ball I bought that they said, before bidding on the auction it wouldn't be a problem getting certain specs for me.. the ball shows up and I can't drill it the way I wanted to, so its useless to me... they told me that ebay auctions are a crap shoot on certain specs because they won'tand don't take the time to look for them because they have sooooooooooooooooooooooo(its called customer service I thought) many orders to fill... so you get what they send you... they also said if you buy direct off their site you can request specs and if they have them you should get them.. my two experiences with them the 1st one was good and the 2nd sucked.. I have learned that you take your chances unless they put the specs on the auction page and you actually see what your buying... Iam not poo pooing on them, I am merely stating my transactions I have had with them... 1 for 2 = 50% I won't buy from them again because of the customer service attitude they had with me...
