Need Help deciding on new ball

Hello All,

With another season of college bowling approaching, I am looking to buy some new equipment soon. Being most of the patterns I see at tournaments are of medium length and oil, I would like something to fit my current 5 ball tourney arsenal.

I intend to use:

Ransom Demand
Virtual Gravity (still in great shape)
Grape Vibe
White Dot

I'd like to throw something in there towards the top. I hear good things about Storm IQ Tour or Columbia300 Oath.

Any ideas to help me out? Thanks in advance!

I would check out the BERSERK ( hybrid )  and either a DEFIANT EDGE or a CRITICAL THEORY ( both pearls)  all excellent balls by ROTO GRIP

IQ tour will fit right in the middle between the VG and the grape vibe. If you want Storm, I would look at a Vivid, IQ, or wait a bit and pick up a new Lucid. I'm not a Storm guy, but the Lucid is on my radar.

If you want a new ball at the high end,try the Pursuit. I think you have a pretty big gap between your VG,and Vibe that could be filled with an Arson, or a Cyclone with a bit of surface,say 2000 grit.(strong ball for the price point.)

a frantic will do more than enough for you. that massive core with the r2s coverstock handles oil very well. especailly sport shot. and has a phenomial come back to the pocket. great pin carry. HIGH RECOMMENDED
