What is your head belly?
Mine is 8 boards.

the distance (in boards) between your slide foot and the location of the laydown point on the lane. For example, i shoot for the 10 board at lay-down point, but for me to get there, i should slide at 18, since my head belly is 8 boards. IF i slide a 17, it will be a board right. If i slide at 19, it will be a board left.

My normal ammount would be 6 boards, of course depending on what the lane sare like and what release I am using It may be as high as 12 and as little as 2. All things are relative to what the lanes dictate.

Depends on how many beers I've had.

Great question!! 7.5 boards for my normal 2-2.5 board angle, from laydown out to the arrows, track shot. Size varies smaller to larger from that stroke depending on whether I am moving outside or inside. And/or, I will vary the size if I need a later or earlier reaction using the same ball from where I am currently standing before moving lines or switching balls during transistion.

Used to be 5 on the dot. very seldom veered from this number... but ever since I tore both my ACL and PCL on both knees, I drift a bit I think its about 9 to 10 on a good day.

One of the most important thing to know about your game. good topic.
Last time I had someone identify it, I was at 7. as soon as I can rehab my knees I'm hoping to get that back to 5.
