Top weight and pin placement?

What is the ultimate top weight and pin placement on a 15lb ball?

You mean "ultimate" like "the best"?  No one pin placement, pin length, or starting or finishing top weight will work best for everyone or even anyone in particular.

If you want something that's easy to drill and will give you the most amount of options and flexibility with layout, I'd go with a 3" pin and 2-3oz of top weight.  You can put the pin and CG almost anywhere you want and require a modest weight hole at the most.

Yes I ment pin length. With starting top weight.
